
Dr. Donald Dornan has practiced Periodontics since 1969 and Implant surgery since 1986. His vision is to educate and treat patients with compassion while achieving optimal results by maintaining open communication with the patient and referring dentist.
Dr. Dornan received his degree in Chemistry from Occidental College in 1961, his D.D.S. from the University of California in San Francisco in 1965 and M.S. certificate in Periodontics from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1969.
Dr. Dornan has been an active member of the Orange County Dental Society holding numerous positions including Chairman of the Orange County Dental Peer Review. He has lectured nationally, published in multiple professional journals and taught in the undergraduate and Graduate Department of Periodontics at Loma Linda School of Dentistry. Dr. Dornan is a member of Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry and Chairman of Periodontics, Oral Surgery and Oral Pathology.
